At Bad Batch, we stand by the quality of our drops, but if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
